Hinson Addresses U.S. Tax Dollars Flowing to CCP, Human Rights Abuses at First Select Committee Hearing

Washington, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) participated in the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) first official hearing, "The Chinese Communist Party’s Threat to America." Key highlights from the hearing are below.

Hinson asked former Deputy U.S. National Security Advisor, Matt Pottinger, to explain the dangers of U.S. taxpayer dollars being funneled to the CCP, as the party engages in human rights abuses, trade exploitation and intellectual property theft, and international espionage.
