Hinson Announces 2026 IA-02 Congressional Art Competition Winner

Washington, D.C. — Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) announced Gabriella Evans, a student at Cedar Ridge Christian School, as the winner of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition for Iowa’s Second Congressional District. Her winning piece, A Quiet Kind of Joy, captures a peaceful moment at sunset in Iowa. Gabriella’s artwork will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol as part of the nationwide Congressional Art Competition Exhibit.
