Hinson Announces IA-02 Congressional Art Competition Winner

Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) announced the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition for Iowa’s Second District, Victoria Humiston. Victoria is a senior at Vinton-Shellsburg High in Vinton, IA. Her winning piece, One Acre, will hang in the U.S. Capitol.
