Hinson Applauds Bipartisan Fix to the Crime Victims Fund Shortfall

Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (R-IA) released the following statement on President Biden signing legislation into law that would ensure the Crime Victims Fund is sustained. Hinson co-sponsored this legislation ahead of it passing the House in March of this year. 

"The Crime Victims Fund provides critical services for those who have suffered from unthinkable crimes. With the near-depletion of these funds in Iowa, and nationwide, I am glad we could work in a bipartisan manner to ensure crime victims and their families have access to the resources they need."  -Congresswoman Ashley Hinson
