Hinson Celebrates SCOTUS Overturning Chevron Doctrine

Washington, DC - Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (R-IA-02) released the following statement following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn the Chevron doctrine. 

"This is a huge win against big government overreach and a death blow to the administrative state. This strips power away from unelected bureaucrats that have been on way too long of a leash, crafting excessive regulations that impact Americans' every day lives without the authority to do so.
