Hinson Discusses IA-01 Vaccine Distribution with Crescent Community Health Center

Washington, D.C. -  Today, Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-01) visited Crescent Community Health Center in Dubuque, Iowa. They discussed the importance of Iowa Community Health Centers being included when the Biden Administration sends doses to Community Health Centers. 

“The Crescent Community Health Center has been a vital lifeline for Iowans to receive care during, and before, the COVID-19 pandemic and it was helpful to learn more about the services they provide. We also discussed opportunities for COVID-19 vaccine distribution, given yesterday's announcement that federally qualified health centers across the country will soon be able to receive COVID-19 vaccine doses directly from the federal government. I am working to ensure that community health centers in Iowa's First District are included so that more Iowans can be vaccinated."
