Hinson Helps Secure E15 Availability for Summer Driving Season

WASHINGTON – Rep. Ashley Hinson (IA-02) released the following statement following the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s emergency waiver to allow the sale of E15 this summer.

"Following my advocacy and tireless efforts alongside Governor Reynolds and the entire Iowa delegation, the EPA has granted an emergency waiver for the sale of E15 this summer. Expanding access to biofuels is a win for consumers, producers, and the environment. EPA’s waiver is a step in the right direction, but it’s crucial that Iowa drivers and biofuel producers have long term certainty, so I will continue working to make the year-round sale of E15 permanent.” - Congresswoman Ashley Hinson
