Hinson Statement on Death of Colin Powell

Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-01) released the following statement on the death of former Secretary of State and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Colin Powell. 

"I am saddened that Colin Powell has passed away. He was a distinguished public servant and patriot who dedicated his life to protecting our country. Matt and I are sending prayers to the Powell family." -Congresswoman Ashley Hinson
