Hinson Statement on President Trump's State of the Union Address

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) released the below statement following President Trump's State of the Union Address to the nation.

"President Trump inherited a nation in crisis and, in record time, cut taxes for working families, unleashed American energy, and fostered opportunity for all Americans. The State of our Union is strong thanks to his leadership and relentless pursuit to put America first again. But there is still more to do to bring down health care costs, support our veterans and farmers, and make life more affordable for working families. I’ll keep working with President Trump—and my colleagues on both sides of the aisle—on bipartisan solutions for all Iowans.”
