Hinson Supports NDAA and End of Military Vaccine Mandate

Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Hinson (IA-01) released the following statement on the fiscal year 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

"I proudly supported the bipartisan NDAA - this legislation provides our troops with a pay raise, ensures we have the resources to take on China and Russia, and bolsters our national security. It also rescinds the Biden Administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate that hurt our military readiness and unfairly punished so many of our brave servicemembers. Attempts to add poison pills to this bipartisan legislation were shameful -- playing politics with our national security is wrong and I'm glad those attempts failed.” - Congresswoman Ashley Hinson
