"I was proud to support the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act today, legislation that helps expecting mothers remain healthy and on the job. When I was a morning news anchor, I worked up until the day I gave birth to each of my children. As a working mom, this issue is personal to me. I will continue to champion policies that support working women and help ensure they have the proper resources in the workplace to provide for their families."
