"Happy Veterans Day. Today, we reflect on the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans – those who have answered our country’s call to serve and defend our freedoms and way of life.
 
"America is the greatest country on earth. As Americans, it is our right to pray as we wish, speak freely, and fly our great flag. We are blessed to be Americans and enjoy these freedoms. But we must never forget that we are the land of the free because of the brave. To our veterans in Iowa, and across the country: thank you. We are indebted to you, and we will never fully be able to repay you for your sacrifice.
