Washington, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Ashley Hinson released the following statement on the anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.

Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) recently introduced the bipartisan Protecting American Industry and Labor from International Trade Crimes Act. Original co-sponsors of the bill are: Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party Chairman John Moolenaar (R-MI) and Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY), House Appropriations Committee Ranking Member Rosa DeLauro (D-CT), as well as Representatives Darin LaHood (R-IL), Nate Moran (R-TX), Ben Cline (R-VA), Kevin Kiley (R-CA), Glenn Ivey (D-LA), Ted Lieu (D-CA), Haley Stevens (D-MI), Deborah Ross (D-NC), and Lou Correa (D-CA).

Today, Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) released the following statement after holding an in-person town hall meeting in all 22 counties in Iowa's Second Congressional District since the start of the 118th Congress.

Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) will hold town hall meetings in Black Hawk and Dubuque counties on Wednesday, July 31st. The town hall meetings are open to the public and press. These will be Hinson's 41st and 42nd in-person town hall meetings since taking office. 

Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) voted to establish the Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald J. Trump. The task force will have subpoena power as they investigate and release a report on federal actions that led to the attempted assassination of President Trump.
