Today, Representative Ashley Hinson (R-IA-02) was joined by Representatives Brad Finstad (R-MN-01), Jimmy Panetta (D-CA-19), and Angie Craig (D-MN-02) in introducing the Producing Responsible Energy and Conservation Incentives and Solutions for the Environment (PRECISE) Act.This bipartisan legislation will expand farmers' access to precision agriculture tools through existing U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs.

Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) released the following statement on U.S. Trade Representative, Katherine Tai, formally launching talks with Mexico over their decision to limit imports of genetically modified (GM) corn. Hinson and the Iowa House delegation sent a letter to Representative Tai in December urging action on behalf of Iowa's corn producers.

A native of Ryan, Iowa, Carroll has served as a Regional Director for Senator Joni Ernst since 2015, and has overseen the Senator's statewide outreach team as Outreach Director since 2019. Carroll graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in agriculture and life sciences education. She currently lives in Manchester, Iowa, with her family.
