Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-01) today announced that Natalie Olsen of Cedar Falls is the winner of the 2022 Congressional Art Competition for Iowa's First Congressional District. Natalie is a rising junior at Cedar Falls High School in Black Hawk County. Her piece, entitled Iowa Sunrise, is now hanging in the U.S. Capitol alongside other winners from around the country.
