Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-01) voted in favor of the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act, bipartisan legislation that ends the system of forced arbitration in lawsuits relating to sexual assault and harassment claims. This bill passed the House tonight with bipartisan support.
